Customer satisfaction is extremely important to Starmaster Telescope, and we're proud to share with you some of the Customer Comments we've received over the years.

We're also proud that several Starmaster owners have volunteered to have their email addresses posted on our web site so potential customers can Contact Owners directly and ask them questions.

We're also adding a new section -- a Starmaster Owners' Photo Album. If you're a Starmaster owner and would like to be included in this section, just send our webmaster a picture and short description of yourself and we'll post it right away.

We are also adding a photo album with pictures of how owners transport their telescopes -- pictures of various size scopes in different vehicles.

Recently, a group of Starmaster owners have started an eGroups Users' Group. While this is mainly a forum for Starmaster owners to share their experiences, they are welcoming prospective owners to join them.

Due to a shortage of pyrex mirror blanks, we are no longer accepting international orders.

Cancelled orders will be subject to a restocking fee which will be equal to 15% of the BASE price of the telescope. NO EXCEPTIONS..
Orders are not transferable without permission of Starmaster Telescopes and will be subject to additional fees.
